Here are my reasons: *Offered one of the best prices for driveway and siding washing *Reminded me of the appointment the day before *Arrived on time *Did not send a subcontractor, but did the work himself *Did a good job *Was friendly and professional Note that my driveway was very very filthy, and I had tried to clean up myself with a non-professional pressure washing machine, and that didn't work at all. We just bought our house two years ago, and it's possible that the driveway had never been cleaned. If it had been cleaned, it was probably many years ago. So while I did not expect it to come out looking brand new, it came out looking better than I expected. I did not take photos of the before and after of the siding because the siding was just normally dirty, not terribly dirty like the driveway was. But the siding came out looking like new. I am the type of person that always calls around before hiring someone, and I have found that many service people are out to gouge people these days, charging them way more than what the job is worth. So I always appreciate someone like Ron who gives a fair price and does a good job in a professional manner. I will use him again next time my siding or driver needs to be washed. I was not offered nor given anything in return for this positive review. I don't operate that way even if it had been offered. I always give my honest opinion.
